She was predeceased by: her daughter Samantha Vance. She is survived by: her daughters, Marcie Lewis (Donald) and Joanne Shell (Greg); her grandchildren, Morgan Starnes (Chase), Jonah Snead, Ethan Lewis and Nathan Shell; and her siblings, Jack Renfro (Marilyn), Victoria Pitsinger (Benny) and Christie Kubichan (Ray). She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Not One More Alabama in Samantha's honor.
