It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dewayne Payne of Huntsville, Alabama, who passed away on January 2, 2024, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Johnny Payne, Sr.; his siblings, Johnny Payne, Jr., Willie Lee Carswell and Lucas Payne; and his grandparents, Dellar Mae Hall and Preston Hall.
He is survived by: his mother Eloise Payne; his siblings, Pamela Payne of Huntsville and Reginald Hall (Georgia) of Dexter; his nieces, Scharquita Payne of Huntsville and Alicia Payne of Birmingham; his nephew Markel Payne of New York; and his aunts and uncles, Elloweese Branham of Macon, Willie Pearl Tharpe (Jack) of East Dublin, Sandra Hall of Dublin, James Hall (Gladys) of Jacksonville, John Hall (Mary) of Dublin, Jessie Hall (Margaret) of Eastman and Andrew Hall of East Dublin. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
