She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Lee Smith; her daughter Penny Renee Smith; and her close friend John Shafer. She is survived by: her children, Pam Clark (Bill) and Mike Smith (Carol); her grandchildren, Stephanie Mach, Tammy Guillory (Brandon), Brian Byrd, Amanda Boice, Thomas Smith and Zach Byrd (Kelly); and her great grandchildren, Caitlyn Caudle (Will), Dylan Mach, Haley Byrd, Alyssa Guillory, Penelope Byrd, Ollie Boice, Jameson Guillory and Sadie Stern.
