She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Marvin and Mae Belle Ozier of Montgomery, Alabama.; her husband Herbert C. Rice, Jr.; her son Marvin; and her granddaughter Courtney Watson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Rice Watson and Tonja Rice.
