With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Emma Ruth King of Huntsville, Alabama, born in Friendship, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 16, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bedwell and Bertha Bedwell; and her siblings, Doyle Bedwell, Francis Lovan, Corrine Golden, Malcolm Bedwell, Gene Bedwell, Johnny Bedwell, Jerry Bedwell, Becky Baker, Linda Howell and Sammie Bedwell.
She is survived by: her husband Paul G. King; her children, Dena Hutchison (Glynn) and William P. King (Carolyn); and her grandchildren, Joseph Melson, Kimberly Hutchison, Matthew Twilley (Ashley), Michele Marshall and Daniel King (Amanda). She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
