He is survived by: his wife Anna Downing; his children, David, Chris Downing, Charmeleon Downing and Wendy Blair; and his grandchildren, Amelia Downing, Abryna Downing, Alivia Downing, Brianne Blair and Brielle Blair. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
