He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles and Bernadette; his wife Dena; his children, Laura and Philip; his daughter-in-law Carys; his grandchildren, Lilah and Wesley; and his siblings, Christopher, Charles Davis Jr. (Skip), Jeffrey Davis, Cindy Langone and Bernadette Henson (Becky). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
