He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin C. Collins and Clara West Collins. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Barker Collins; his daughters, Laura Collins and Whitney Collins Stemple; his son-in-law Mitchell Stemple; and his grandson Henry Stemple.
