He is survived by: his wife Beverly Kaye Henry of Huntsville; his sons, Michael Henry (Cathie) of Eclectic and Mark Henry (Lisa Kay) of Madison; his grandchildren, William Forsyth (Maylyn), Jade Trowbridge, Justin Davis, Scott Dunham and Ryan Dunham; his great grandchild William Henry Forsyth; and his sister Sandra Henry.
