He is survived by: his wife Andrea; his children, Maci Mize (Joel), Jackson Moore (Hannah) and Tinsley Krulak (Matthew); his granddaughters, Lively, Amelia Moore and Ann Collins Krulak; his mother Trudy Moore; his sister Cindy Richardson (Dane); his nephew Austin Richardson (Tori); and his niece Savannah Harmon (Will).
