He is survived by: his children, Mark Allen Cunningham (Mandie) and Amy Cunningham Brock (Marcus); his father McKinley "Mac" Cunningham; his wife Anna Callaway Cunningham; his grandchildren, Jackson, Kai, Auburne and Jillian; and his brothers, Jimmy "Jim" Cunningham (Sandy) and Mack Cunningham (Martha).
