He is survived by: his wife Mary Scott Hunter; his children, Jonathan Hunter "Nathan" Shultz, Annclaire Hunter Shultz and Caleb Scott Hunter Shultz; his parents, Karon Shultz and David Shultz; his sisters, Mimi Klotz and Jodi Klepper; and his in-laws, Deborah and Scott Hunter.
