He was predeceased by: his sister Linda Marie Kelley Hash; and his nephew Kenneth Wayne Kelley Jr. (KJ). He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Wagner Kelley; his daughters, Alexandria Lindsey (Nick) and Samantha Kelley; and his grandchildren, Olivia Kelley, Kayleigh Lindsey and Lilly Locker.
