She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris Lockheart Godbold and Duncan Leon Godbold. She is survived by: her husband William Richard Smith Sr.; her children, William Richard Smith Jr. of Edmond, Oklahoma and Stephanie Dawn Stanley (Mike) of Gurley, AL; her granddaughters, Alexandra Elizabeth Stanley of Troy, AL and Isabella Grace Stanley of Gurley, AL; and her sister Leslie Ragan (Kevin) of Franklin, TN. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
