She was predeceased by: her husband David "Dave" Wesley Justice; her parents, John Durwood and Maude Chastain Cone; her daughter Linda Carol Justice; her siblings, Lanice Cone Ray, Wilma Ransom and Leonard Cone; and her brothers-in-law, Perry Ransom, Doug Ray and Bud Westlake.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jan Hodnett (Jimmy) and Joy Youssef; her grandchildren, Wesley and Rachel Bearden; her sister Julia Cone Westlake; and her goddaughter Courtney (Savannah Jeffreys). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Weatherly Heights Baptist Church or to the Alabama Baptist Children's Home in Decatur.
