She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Appleton and Lucile Houston Appleton; her husband Paul Mayhall; and her brothers, Jerry Charles Appleton and Tommy Appleton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Campbell (Shayne) and Christina Mullins (Chris); her grandchildren, Kira Campbell, Kelsey Campbell and Kevin Russell; and her sister Angela Appleton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
