“Sorry for your loss. Mark lived just a few houses down from us and would visit us with his beloved dog Flip. He always voiced his opinion on things that were unfortunatley hard for him to do and we helped him out as much as we could. My husband took him to buy the Jeep and get insurance on it. Mark was so happy to have his independance living with his dog but we tried to help him with other Gov't assistance but he refused to seek help. We will miss seeing him. Praying for you.”
