She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hise and Louise Bryant; and her former husband William Lamb Patterson, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Darlene Patterson Davis; her husband Steve Davis; her grandchildren, Stephanie Davis Smith (Houston) and Ryan Patterson Davis; her great grandchildren, Isabel Smith, Jude Smith, Davis Smith, Patterson Smith and Waters Smith; and her siblings, Wanda Elmore Rogers, Jimmy Elmore and Jim Hise.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville (2411 Memorial Pkwy NW, Huntsville, AL 35810). A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chattanooga National Cemetery (1200 Bailey Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404).
