He was predeceased by: his father Harry Lawson McIngvale Sr.; his brother Harry Lawson McIngvale, Jr.; his mother Mildred Hamlin McIngvale; and his grandsons, Clarence Joshua and Thomas Jake McIngvale.
He is survived by: his wife Beta Stigler McIngvale; his sons, Frank McIngvale (Heather) of Hartselle, AL and Kent McIngvale of Stormville, NY.; his grandchildren, Lawson McIngvale and Holleigh McIngvale; and his sister Beth McIngvale Paul of Irving, TX.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
