He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his children, Michael (Deborah) and Tiare (Michael); his stepdaughter Megan; his siblings, Katherine, Thomas (Sandy), Agnes and Ben; his grandchildren, Patrick, Daniel (Kira), Leilani, Melina and Kalea; and his great grandchild Charlotte.
