He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde James O'Neil and Doris Eileen Webber O'Neil; and his brother Christopher Eugene O'Neil. He is survived by: his wife Patsy A. O'Neil; his children, Patience Green (Justin), Ryan O'Neil (Melissa), Sean O'Neil (DaLaura), Charity Mathis (Harry) and Faith Williams (Scott); his grandchildren, Paige O'Neil-Tester (Bryce), Alyssa O'Neil and Ryan O'Neil II (Qi); and his brothers, Clyde Richard "Dick" O'Neil (Marsha) and Gary O'Neil (Kathy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, extended family, church family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Church of God at Chase, Huntsville, Alabama, or to Mt. Tabor Church of God, DeGraff, Ohio.
