He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hicks and Evelyn Hicks; his brothers, Bob, Harry, Kenny and Gary; and his granddaughter Hope Noel.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Hicks; his children, Lori Stinnett (Bobby), Richard Bennett, Evelyn Maddox and Patricia White (Rick); and his grandchildren, Jessica, Ashley S., Adam, Ashley D., Heaven, Joshua, Christopher and Carson. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Valhalla Funeral Home (698 Winchester Rd NE, Huntsville, AL 35811). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
