She is survived by: her husband Joseph Phillips; her children, Blaine Matthias Baronet (Donna Marie Smith) and Sawyer William Baronet (Mandy Baronet); her sister Wendi Cooper Hall; her brother-in-law Jimmy William Hall; her brother Charley Waites; her sister-in-law Kari Waites; her nieces and nephews, Brantley Cooper Hall, Cayde Waites, Laurel Hall Dobbins, Seras Parker and Elowyn Waites; her stepchildren, Eden Elizabeth Phillips, Ben Wesley Phillips, Charlotte Lily Phillips, David Shepherd Phillips and Brendan McCanless Phillips; and her close friend Laurie Miller.
