Stephen Ellzey Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Ellzey of Huntsville, Alabama, who passed away on August 9, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Ellzey and Pauline Touchstone Ellzey; his brother George E Ellzey Jr.; his nephew Josh Ellzey; and his niece Kenzie Ellzey.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Talley Ellzey of Huntsville Alabama; his sons, Stephen Blaine Ellzey Jr. (Marty) of Deatsville, AL and Wesley S Baker (Angela) of Durango, CO; his brothers, Kenneth Ellzey (Cindy) of Huntsville and Charles Timothy Ellzey of Huntsville; his sisters-in-law, Daphne Talley Murray (Steve) of New Albany, OH and Joan Talley Wise (Scot) of Cumming, GA; his granddaughters, Brianna Poe and Aubrey Perkins; and his great grandchild Damien Ellzey of Deatsville, Alabama. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in his memory to Tunnel to Towers or Wounded Warriors.
