He is survived by: his wife Kathie Tilley Scott of Huntsville; his children, Sam Scott (Stephanie) of Huntsville, Mike Scott (Cressi) and Shannon Brooks (Rob) of New Market; and his brother Larry Scott of Daphine. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren, 3 Step-Grandchildren, 1 Great Grandchild.
