With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stuart Douglas Tate of Huntsville, Alabama, who passed away on January 13, 2026 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Buddy Tate and Linda Tate; his sister Melinda Marona (Doug); his children, Erin Doty (Trey), Christopher Tate, Carlee Key, Logan Tate (Anna) and Caroline Earley (Donnelly); his grandchildren, Hallie Tate, Mason Key, Trevor Doty, Chandler Key, Cooper Doty and Tucker Doty; and his nieces, Allison Marona (Ship) and AnnaMarie Davenport (Kane). He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
