It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tamara Newbern of Huntsville, Alabama, who passed away on April 11, 2026, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Tamara departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Tamara may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Tamara leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Shawna Sargent. She is survived by: her children, Amber Blackwell (Derrick Blackwell) and Julian Newbern (Molly Newbern); and her grandchildren, Alaya Lipscomb, Gauge Sargent, Penny, Evee, Ollie Blackwell and Emmalee Newbern.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Greater Huntsville Humane Society in her honor.
