He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Olson and Warren Olson. He is survived by: his wife Madalene Olson; his daughters, Debi Thompson (Dan), Sandy Anderson (Dane) and Michelle Culbreath (Mike); and his grandchildren, Courtney, Leah, Lauren, Luke, Rachel and Haley. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
