He is survived by: his children, Joseph Higgins, Jeremy Higgins and Lydia Hulsey; his children-in-law, Ellen Higgins and Heath Hulsey; his siblings, Jerry Dooley and Eric Higgins; his grandchildren, Adalynn Grace Hulsey, Marleigh Jo Hulsey and Colton William Hulsey; and his former wife Tamara Brown. He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews; and multiple cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM and on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM. A memorial service was held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 6:30 PM and on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 6:30 PM.
