We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2024, at the age of 80, William Franklin Smith of Huntsville, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, William Franklin shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid William Franklin farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Beulah Ruth (Snipes) and Carl Brooks Smith Sr.. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Hempfling (David) of Cullman, Alabama; his granddaughter Jillian Ivey (Jonathan Crow) of Huntsville; and his brother Carl Smith Jr. (Lynn) of Huntsville. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
