He is survived by: his children, Terry Helton (Tammy), Anita Black (Billy) and Sheri Spurgin (Jason); his grandchildren, Lauren Barton, Dr. Jessica Bradford, Brett Pike (Moss), Chase Pike, Logan Bradford (Ally), Kaitlyn Spurgin, Tory Corley (Michael), Katilyn Wasson (Ryan), Savannah Carlock, Jay Sprugin, Ashlee Black and Jacob Bradford; and his great grandchild Shelli Newsome (Abbie).
