He was predeceased by: his wife Dianne Davidson Ramsey; his parents, Wes Ramsey and Alice Keith Ramsey; his half-brothers, Charles Ramsey, Clyde and Glenn Chapman; and his grandmother Mattie Chapman.
He is survived by: his siblings, Verlon Ramsey and Rachel Farmer (Cregg Fulkerson); his half-sisters, Dovie Lofty of Tunnel Hill, GA and Jessie; his stepson Scotty; his stepgrandchildren, Seger Davidson, Evan Tait, Peyton Davidson and Laney Liles; his nieces, LaSonda Falls and Danyell Boyd; his nephew Melvin Burson; his brother Ricky Little; and his friend Freddy.
Freddy was a member of the Ider Rescue Squad where he served over 20 years as a state licensed Ambulance Driver, Auto Extrication Technician and held the rank of Second Lieutenant as an officer donating hundreds of hours of service to the squad.
