She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Guy and Mildred "Bill" Scott Austin; and her siblings, Jim Harris and Rose Carol Mockenhaupt. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Lowell Pannell; her children, Ron Pannell, Maria Kilgro (Tom) and Joseph Pannell; her grandchildren, Logan Pannell (Dani), Zach Kilgro (Anna), Trevor Pannell (Audrey), Shelby Potter (David), Novaleigh Swafford, Jason Kilgro and Adam Kilgro; her great grandchildren, Carley Rose Potter, Layla Potter and Collen Pannell; and her siblings, Mary Jane Epperson (Dave), Barry Austin (Charlotte) and Joan Thompson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
