He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Jowers (Bob) and Marguerite Murray Jowers; his wife Juanita Barber Jowers; his granddaughter Susan Jowers; and his siblings, Peggy Hardy (Bill), Maxine Frederick (Paul), Lois Dealy (Jim), James (Jimmy) and Wayne Jowers.
He is survived by : his children, Leslie Ann Jowers (Ralph), René Lubiani (Tony), Dwayne Jowers (Karen), Roy Steele Jr. (Melanie), Jay Steele (Racheal) and Leonda Steele; his siblings, Robbie Jowers, Tom Jowers (Ida) and Ralph Jowers (Lola); his niece Karen Wolfe; his close friends, Darrell Ladnier and Hudson Moon; and also Chuck. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
