She was predeceased by : her parents, Matthew Horn and Gladys Horn; her husbands, Sam Swinson and Delbert Harnish; her sisters, Pat Hall and Marie Grove; and her grandson Denny Harnish.

She is survived by : her children, Dennis Harnish (Jeanie), Pamela Hicks (William), Melodi Turner (Bobby), Joseph Harnish and David Harnish (Cynthia). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren, also survived by other relatives, family and friends.
