He is survived by : his parents, Walter Eugene (Shirley Johnson) and Betty Joe (George Lundy); his children, Shane Johnson (Jamie), Heather Wilson (David) and Chasity Higgins (Nate); his siblings, Kathy Barko (Joe), Carla Huber (Bruce), Darrell Johnson, George Johnson (Jamie), Rev. Bruce Johnson (Christina), Scott Lundy, Doug Lundy (Kelly) and Darrell Lundy (Sandra); his grandchildren, Austin Bailey (Kirsten), Emma, Kahne Johnson, Tristin, Charlotte, Audrey, Louis Wilson and Penelope "Lil Bit" Higgins; and his close friends, Kim and Hannah Bosarge.
