He was predeceased by: his parents, Louico Augustus Boutwell and Myrtle Mae Arthur Boutwell. He is survived by: his wife Judy Lambert Boutwell; his children, Janet Baker (Mark) and John Boutwell, Jr. (Sherry); his grandchildren, Justin Baker (Julianna), Clayton Baker (Deanna), Preston Boutwell (Jessica) and Hannah Bungartz (Mason); and his great grandchildren, Carson Baker, Aubrey Baker, Zadey Baker of Izzy Baker, T. J, Chathan Enberg, Peter John Boutwell, Joseph John Boutwell and Anthony John Boutwell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Victoria Baptist Church (54 Co Rd 210, Jack, AL 36346). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
