She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Walker Maddox, Jr. and Mary Francis Burnett Maddox. She is survived by: her husband Michael E. Whitehead; her children, Michael Whitehead, Jr. (Jessica) and Cammie Breedlove (Michael Jr.); her grandchildren, Logan Breedlove (Alana), Jordan Bailey (Kyle), Maggie Donald (Sawyer), Mallory Whitehead and Walker Whitehead; her great grandchildren, Averiett Elise Breedlove, Mary Hayes Breedlove and Charlotte Ray Donald; and her brother Robert Walker Maddox III (Lynda). She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to First United Methodist Church of Jackson or First Baptist Church of Jackson.
