She was predeceased by: her husbands, Leon Andrews and James Edward Ready; her parents, Alvie Thomas and Frances Thomas; and her half-sister Nell Thomas Runyan.
She is survived by: her children, Sherri Cazares (Tony), Mike Ready (Jackie) and Brent Ready (Charity); her grandchildren, Brandi Cunningham (Michael), Patrick Cazares (Allyssen), Tyler Ready (Pavithra), Dalton Ready, Shannon Cazares and Dakota Ready; and her great grandchildren, Owen Cunningham, Charlie Cazares and Amelia Cunningham. She is also survived by many other relatives and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lathan Funeral Home (1867 US-43, Jackson, AL 36545). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
