With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Cherry (Jackson, Alabama), who passed away on October 7, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cherry and Dora Cherry; his wife Linda Faye Cherry; and his former wife Irene Klutschkowski Cherry. He is survived by: his children, Sherrie Nichols (Jeff), David Cherry Jr., Karl Cherry (Candy) and Michael Cherry; and his grandchildren, David Cherry III, Daniel Cherry, Cortney Cherry, Kayleigh Cherry, Jonathan Cherry, Nancy Cherry, Haley Nichols, Fields Nichols and Clayton Nichols.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Peniel Baptist Church Cemetery (1730 McVay Rd, Jackson, AL 36545).
