Wash Phelon of Choctaw Bluff, AL, David Phelon (Chena) of Choctaw Bluff, AL, Rivers Phelon (Nancy) of Choctaw Bluff, AL, Mary Reaves (Timothy) of Choctaw Bluff, AL and Rannie Davis of Jackson, AL; his friend Freddie Lee Perine; and his caregiver Senora Robinson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
