He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. H. Grady Ketchum and Katharyn Hurley Ketchum; his sister Karolyn Ketchum Coulter; and his grandson Nathan Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Sue Stewart Ketchum; his children, Wayne Ketchum (Kim) and Teresa McKinney (Mark); his grandchildren, Sarah Long (James), Josh Johnson, Mathew Ketchum and Bruno Silva (Marilia); his great grandchildren, Brookley Kate Long, Briley Grace Long, Carmen Raylyn Ketchum, Natalie Sofia Ketchum, Kohen Sage Ketchum and Arthur Silva; and his sister Rosalyn Duke.
