Horn; her brother-in-law Edward Robinson; her cousins, Zanetta "Big Sister" Andrea Simmons Ervin and Cassandra Martin of Birmingham; her aunts and uncles, Freddie Bettis (Irma) of Malcolm, Pearlie Mae May of Malcolm, Otis Augusta Roberts (Barbara) of Malcolm, Rubye R. Nelson of McIntosh, Ed of McIntosh, Daisy R. Simmons (Henry L.) of McIntosh and Warren Eugene Roberts (Dorothy) of McIntosh; her great-aunt Audrey Nelson of Jackson, Miss.; and her friends, Joyce Ann Thomas Hisay, Jassa Hisay Onu, Terry Spencer Ledford and Sister Vanessa Faye Toole. She is also survived by cousins, relatives, colleagues and friends.
Jacqueline's love for learning, which began at Reed's Chapel Elementary School and McIntosh High School, was like charity, for it began at home and spread abroad.
