He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lyda Dunn Bailey and Burrel Bailey, Sr.; his wife Jarilyn Bailey; his children, Robbie Bailey Harrison, James W. Bailey, Jr. (Kim), Christopher Alan Bailey (Suzanne) and Richard Dunn Bailey (Kristi); his grandchildren, Jacob Harrison (Mollie), Madison Settle (Bryar), Caroline Bailey, Griffin Hansen (Joy), Sarah Turner (Brady), Harris Bailey and Julia Bailey; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Baylee, Wyatt Harrison and Graham Settle; his sister Laurine Pugh (Albert); his former wife Dorothy Alba Bailey; and his siblings, Burrel Bailey, Jr. (Junior) and Francis Coleman.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers a donation be made in Jim's name to First Presbyterian Church of Jackson.
