He is survived by: his sisters, Echols Outlaw Emerson, Lucille Outlaw McCollom, Merle Outlaw Bozeman, Julia Outlaw Tucker and Helen Outlaw Megginson; his half-brother Charles Outlaw; his wife Nell Jackson Outlaw; his children, Ronnie Outlaw (Lori), Tena McKinley (James) and Michele Deas (Samuel); his stepchildren, Don Baggett (Kelley) and Linda Baggett; his grandchildren, Jason Outlaw, Adam Outlaw (Kendra), Ryan Smith (Dusty), Austin Smith, Mary Ashlyn Lankford (Raymond), Justin Trujillo (Jessica), Jansen Deas (Sarah), Forest Marthaler, Leann Cook, Jarod Billingsley and Jenna Billingsley; his great grandchildren, Kennedy Outlaw, Easton Outlaw, Kenna Outlaw, Sawyer Outlaw, Canaan Outlaw, Maci Rae Smith, Nash Lankford, Hadley Trujillo and Hunter Trujillo; and his half-sister Ruby Cain.
