He is survived by: his wife Maria Araselia Lowe; his children, Puisilla Padron (Rubon), Bernice Lopez, Merce Garcia (Kimberly), Gina Garcia and John Daniel Garcia; his grandchildren, Jarrett Padron, Lauren Padron, Jason Lopez, Erick Lopez, Leilani Flores, Dani Lynn Flores, Julissa Ramirez, Jonathan Ramirez and Jacob Ramirez; and his siblings, Alafair Belton, Tommy Lee Lowe, Vernon Lowe (Bettye), Willie Lowe (Heather), Richard Lowe and Eddie Coleman (Caroline). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
