She is survived by : her husband Saul Worthy Jr.; her sons, Tory Phillips, Corey and Damien "Ray Ray" Phillips-Worthy; her siblings, Anthony Phillips Sr. (Toya) and LaTressa Phillips; her nephews, Anthony Jr., Bray and Casen; her mother Carolyn Phillips; her aunts and uncles, Sharon Robinson (Rory), Shelia Cox (Craig), Brenda Jackson (Terry), Toneka Payne, Louise Mitchell, Ann Phillips, Mary Carol Phillips, Linda Phillips, Dora Bryant (Fred), Felecia Thomas, Rachel McDonald, Ozell Phillips and Tommie Phillips; her great-aunts, Marion Harmon, Barbara Davis (Curtis) and Wilma Crowell (Luther); her great-uncle Leroy Jones (Barbara); her mother-in-law Mary Johnson; and her siblings-in-law, Stacie Worthy-King, Byron and Marcus Worthy. She is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
