It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ann Ready (Jackson, Alabama), who passed away on February 9, 2024, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Samuel and Annie Mae Motes; and her brother Richard Motes. She is survived by : her husband Clay Ready, Sr.; her sons, Clay "Tarzan" Ready, Jr. and Robin Dewayne "Vito" Ready; her brothers, Lamar Motes (Angie) and Gary Motes (Sandra); and her close friend Tina Guy. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
