She was predeceased by: her husband George Wade, Sr.; her parents, Elijah Gibbeon Sullivan, Sr. and Essie Alday Sullivan; her son George Wade, Jr.; and her siblings, John Sullivan, Roy Sullivan, Elijah Sullivan, Jr., Travis Sullivan, Irene Buckley, Asaline Suggs and Patricia Atchison.
She is survived by: her children, Van Wade, Wanda Atchison (David) and Kathy Sullivan (Wayne); her sisters, Fannie Wheat and Emma Jean Perkins; and her grandchildren, Shana, David, Adam, Aaron, George, Tabitha and Jamie.
