He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Taze and Nell M. Fulford of Hartford, Alabama.; his former wife Reverend Molly Estes Fulford; and his sister-in-law Mary Ann Fulford. He is survived by: his wife Judy Rivers Fulford; his brothers, Taze Fulford (Donna), Mack Fulford and Winton Fulford (Freida); his siblings' children, Amanda Fulford, Taze III, Wayland and Josh Fulford; and his grandchildren, Noah, Eli, Simon and Sara Rivers.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lathan Funeral Home (1867 US-43, Jackson, AL 36545). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:40 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:20 PM at the Pine View Memorial Gardens (2325 Holtville Rd, Wetumpka, AL 36092).
